Abstrak:

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan draf rubrik penilaian keterampilan dasar mengajar spesifik (RPKDMS) dan genral (RPKDMG) yang akan digunakan dalam perkuliahan Pengajaran Mikro dan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (praktek mengajar real di sekolah) serta mengkaji efektifitas pengembangan. Tahapan penelitian melibatkan asesmen kebutuhan, pengembangan draf rubrik, dan uji lapangan penggunaan produk secara terbatas. Butir-butir rubrik penilaian dikembangkan dari rumusan butir-butir aspek kebutuhan keterampilan dasar mengajajar yang dijustifikasi oleh tiga pihak stakeholders (mahsiswa, pengguna, dan dosen) melalui kuesioner dengan mengacu pada signifikasi mayoritas persetujuan terhadap rumusan kebutuhan dan kesamaan tanggapan dari ketiga pihak stakeholders. Penyempurnaan awal draf rubrik dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan masukan pakar dan masukan dari ketiga pihak stakeholders melalui format penilaian. Studi ini berhasil mengembangkan 57 butir rubrik yang diorganisaikan dalam delapan unit RPKDMS (satu unit untuk satu dari delapan komponen keterampilan dasar mengajar umum/general) dan sembilan butir RPKDMG untuk kedelapan keterampilan dasar mengajar.

  3. Hi there just wanted to give you a brief heads
    up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why
    but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same results.
